Clinical Immunology

The clinical immunology service provides a 24-hour, seven day a week diagnostic and management service for both inpatients and outpatients of Royal Perth Hospital. Immunological conditions we specialise in include:

  • Immune deficiency disorders including primary immune deficiency disorders, HIV infection and other acquired immune deficiency disorders.
  • Systemic autoimmune diseases including vasculitis syndromes and autoimmune inflammatory diseases such as SLE.
  • Severe allergy and anaphylaxis (please note that allergy referrals requiring skin testing and specialist nursing involvement are now referred to Fiona Stanley Hospital immunology service, along with drug hypersensitivity clinic referrals).

Outpatient clinic

Outpatient clinics are conducted at the Goderich Street site (Corridor 2) on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and Thursday afternoons.
