Electronic Prescriptions
Outpatient clinics at Royal Perth Hospital are now offering electronic prescriptions.
They are a new type of prescription. Electronic prescriptions enable the prescribing and dispensing of medicines without the need for a physical paper prescription. They are an alternative option to receiving paper prescriptions.
RPH outpatient clinics were the first public hospital in Australia to offer this service to patients when we commenced in July 2022.
Please ask your Doctor if you would prefer an electronic prescription.
