We’re proud at RPBG to provide world-class specialist State Trauma care, alongside a wide range of medical, surgical, emergency, rehabilitation, and primary health services for adults — delivering trusted care when it matters most.
At RPBG, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of nurses. Our Transition to Practice Program is designed to provide meaningful clinical support, seamless transition into the nursing profession, and a mix of formal and informal education throughout your transition year.
You'll gain valuable, transferable skills that build a strong foundation for a successful and rewarding nursing career.
The program starts with a structured, graduate-specific orientation week, including supernumerary time to help you settle in confidently. You'll be supported every step of the way by dedicated graduate support staff and experienced Staff Development Nurses in each clinical area.
You are able to continue building your skills with ongoing professional development, including a graduate-specific study day, regular education sessions, and ward-based learning opportunities tailored to your needs.
RPH is a 450-bed adult tertiary centre and the trauma centre for Western Australia.
BHS is a smaller, 240-bed hospital located in the leafy suburb of Bentley — offering a more intimate and community-focused care environment.
