Accreditation

Accreditation

Royal Perth Bentley Group (RPBG) participates in the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) EQuIPNational Program. ACHS are one of the leading healthcare accreditation agencies in Australia.

From 23 to 27 July 2018 RPBG underwent and passed its Organisation Wide Survey (OWS). The survey aimed to conduct an external peer assessment of our performance and will determine the organisation’s continued accreditation.

It was the first time RPBG was assessed against the 10 National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS). The survey required us to be assessed against:

  • ten National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
  • five EQuIP Standards
  • ten NSMHS

This OWS was an opportunity for staff to showcase all the good work they are doing as we continue to provide high quality care to our patients.
