Perth Children's Hospital look unveiled

The new Perth Children’s Hospital (external site) will be identified by branding that incorporates the growth and wonder of children together with the colour and vibrancy of its neighbour, Kings Park.

Launched to staff by the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) A/Chief Executive Professor Frank Daly and Princess Margaret Hospital Executive Director Dr Gervase Chaney, the look was designed after research and consultation with staff, patients and stakeholders.

Professor Daly said that while the new hospital would undoubtedly be a huge asset to the whole of WA, he stressed that it was people who made a hospital.

He said he hoped it would resonate with staff, patients, families and carers, and the WA community.

The brand has been designed to encapsulate the CAHS’ vision, mission and values, and will distinguish PCH as a leading dedicated children’s hospital locally, nationally and internationally.

This video shows these influences and the evolution of the brand.
