Long Service Awards

October 9, 2015

More than 200 staff members were recognised at the 2015 Royal Perth Hospital Long Service Awards presentation recently.

The annual program recognises staff for their loyalty and contributions to Royal Perth Hospital throughout their years of service.

Royal Perth Hospital  A/Executive Director Dr Aresh Anwar thanked the recipients for their service to the hospital.

“The Long Service Awards have been presented annually since September 1983,” Dr Anwar said.

“They play an important role in recognising the dedication and hard work of RPH staff members.”

With such a large number of recipients, two presentations were held in Victoria’s Café this year - one for the 10 and 20-year award recipients and another for staff members who have given 30 and 40-years’ service.

“Congratulations to all of the 2015 Long Service Awards recipients,” Dr Anwar said.

In total, the recipients’ years of service equated to 3640 years.
